Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program for 2026-2027 School Year (with Possible Extension for Four Additional One-Year Period)

Notice is hereby given that the Clinton Central School District is Seeking Proposals for Universal Prekindergarten Program for the
2026-2027 school year.

In accordance with applicable law and the District’s policies and procedures, contracts for professional services requiring special skill or training are not subject to competitive bidding requirements of Section 103 of General Municipal Law.

Sealed proposals will be received in their final form no later than February 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Business Office at 75 Chenango Ave, Clinton, New York 13323.
