Middle School Students, Staff Celebrate End of Year with Fun Day
Clinton Middle School students wrapped up the school year with a day full of fun, laughter and teamwork during the Middle School Fun Day on June 26.
Organized by Mrs. Ford, Mrs. LaBarge and the P2 Comets, the celebration gave students the opportunity to choose from a variety of activities designed to celebrate the end of the school year while reinforcing the P2 character strengths. Students demonstrated bravery by taking the stage for karaoke, practiced gratitude by creating thank-you cards for retiring staff, and practiced teamwork through friendly kickball games, among other activities.
A highlight of the day was the inflatable bounce houses, generously sponsored by the Clinton PTA. The inflatables were a hit with students, adding even more excitement to an already fun-filled day.
The festivities concluded with a spirited lost and found fashion show coordinated by Mrs. Mitchell and emceed by Sr. Shearin, followed by a "Celebrate Lip Sync" performance, led by Ms. Radtke, Mrs. Ford and Mrs. Mitchell and featuring many of the middle school teachers.
The Fun Day was an opportunity for students to unwind, have fun with their classmates and celebrate the end of another successful school year.
Thank you to the Clinton PTA and all who helped make the event such a success!
