Comets Earn Honors at Regional Model UN Conference

Twenty-six Clinton High School students participated in a regional Model United Nations conference held at Manlius Pebble Hill, engaging in thoughtful debate, collaboration and problem-solving alongside students from other schools.

Four students were recognized with awards for their outstanding performances. Ryder Stilz earned Excellence in Policy for portraying Carl Bernstein in the Watergate Special Committee. Andrew Bashant received Excellence in Public Speaking in the Disarmament and International Security Committee. Scarlett Stanton earned Excellence in Public Speaking in the World Health Organization and AJ Cosentino was recognized with Excellence in Policy in the International Maritime Organization.

Congratulations to all participating students for representing Clinton with pride and demonstrating strong leadership, critical thinking and communication skills.
