Comets Come Together for Fall Teamwork Day

On Oct. 9, Clinton Middle School students and faculty came together for their first major Housing event—Comets Fall Teamwork Day!

The afternoon was built around the Positivity Project’s character strength of teamwork, giving students the chance to bond across grade levels, connect with their teachers in new ways and celebrate being part of the Clinton Comets community.

Through a mix of challenges and activities—including door decorating, teamwork tasks, kickball competitions and the all-school “Longest Table” lunch designed by seventh graders—students practiced collaboration, problem-solving and creativity while having fun together.

The purpose of the day was simple but powerful: to help every student feel seen, connected and supported. By working side by side, cheering each other on, and finding joy in shared experiences, students took important steps toward building a stronger, more unified school community.
