On Friday, November 22, Clinton Middle School hosted its annual Career Day! Students started the day in the theater with a presentation from the Brooklyn Pickle where they learned about the history behind the business, the work involved in starting up, and how employees can learn and grow within a business. The presentation was concluded with a fun, interactive sandwich making activity!
Students then attended various career sessions from 28 offerings, during which professionals taught students about the skills and education needed for their careers! A huge thank you to all of our presenters for their time and commitment to educating our middle school students and to Ally Golden, Career Exploration Specialist with the School and Business Alliance at OHM BOCES. We are looking forward to next year!
