Clinton Middle School Hosts March Madness Pep Rally

Clinton Middle School families helped to raise more than $4,000 during a March Madness fundraiser held on March 27, with proceeds set to support New York City trips for students across grade levels.

The fundraiser concluded with a pep rally that featured basketball-themed activities and schoolwide participation. Students and staff took part in a knockout tournament, shooting contests, trick shot attempts and a game of musical chairs. Eighth graders, who raised the most money, earned the ultimate reward – getting to pie Middle School Principal Dr. Johnson.

The event was organized and run by Mrs. Abel, Mr. DeStefanis, Mrs. Dwyer, Mrs. Mihm, Ms. VanAlstyne and the custodial team.
