Alumni Mickey Meyer Receives Oscar Award

The Clinton Community would like to acknowledge Mickey Meyer for his most recent outstanding achievement. Mr. Meyers acted as executive producer for the Oscar-winning Best Live Action Short Film "Two Distant Strangers!" Mr. Meyer grew up in our hometown of Clinton, NY, and later attended The Williston Northampton School for two years, graduating in 2003. Upon graduation, Meyer left for the University of Colorado at Boulder. In that summer, Meyer would drive to California for a three-week internship with a Producer for The West Wing. After receiving an invitation to become a full-time intern, Meyer stayed in California, continuing his education at Santa Monica Community College. Mr. Meyer has been named Forbes Magazine's 30 under 30. Congratulations to Mickey Meyer on this achievement, and for making Clinton proud!
