Daily Health Screening - Letter from Superintendent

September 5, 2020

Re:  Daily Health Screenings for In-person School Days

Dear Clinton Families:

Thank you for your patience as we have been implementing our ParentSquare communication system.  While we are still experiencing some programming and account issues, we will move forward as planned and launch the new health screening process for the first day of school.

Each day your children attends school in-person, you will need to complete the student health screening form through your ParentSquare (PS) account online or in the app.

If you are having trouble with your PS account, you can use a paper version of the form by filling it out, signing it, and having your child(ren) bring it to school with them.  If your children are in different schools, they will each need a copy of the signed form.

The paper version is attached to this email, on the District website, and at this link:  Student Health Screening Form

Remember that you only need to do this on the in-person days, so Cohort 1 will be doing this for Tuesday and Wednesday this week, and Cohort 2 will be doing it for Thursday and Friday.

We will continue to use both of our communication systems (Blackboard and Parent Square) until Parent Square is fully functional

I am looking forward to seeing you soon!

Dr. Grimm
