District Goals for 2025-2026
Goal Statement 1: Empower Learning Through Innovation and Real-World Experiences
By June 2026, all schools will provide interdisciplinary, project-based, and hands-on learning opportunities in empowered learning environment classrooms aligned to the Portrait of a Clinton Graduate, ensuring students develop critical thinking, creativity, and life skills in and out of the classroom.
Goal Statement 2: Advance Instructional Excellence and Staff Development
By June 2026, finalize and implement a PreK–12 instructional framework, provide targeted professional development, and
ensure at least 80% of teachers report confidence in applying it to improve student engagement, SEL, and achievement.
Goal Statement 3: Expand Pathways and Programs
By September 2026, increase pathways and elective options—including technology, digital literacy, performing and visual arts, and career/life skills—by at least 10%, with measurable growth in student enrollment and participation.
Goal Statement 4: Strengthen Community & Student Voice
By June 2026, increase meaningful community partnerships and implement community circles in all three school buildings to build relationships and ensure every student has a voice. Establish at least one new community partnership opportunity to inform district initiatives, with at least 80% of members reporting meaningful engagement in end-of-year surveys.
Goal Statement 5: Sustain and Modernize Programs for a Future-Ready Education
By June 2026, maintain and grow high-quality programs despite changing enrollment and rising costs, and modernize facilities and learning experiences to provide students with state-of-the-art educational opportunities, ensuring all students have access to innovative, engaging, and relevant learning environments.
