Statement of Assurances

The Superintendent certifies the following:

  • The planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the Clinton Central School District Professional Learning Plan 2025–26 is being conducted by the TEPS Committee, which consists of the Assistant Superintendent for Instruction and Technology (Superintendent Designee), school administrators, teachers (upon designation by the teachers’ collective bargaining organization), instructional coach (curriculum specialist), higher education, and students.
  • The Plan focuses on improving student performance and teacher practice identified through data analysis.
  • The Plan describes professional learning that:
    • Aligns with New York State content and student performance standards.
    • Articulates within and across grade levels.
    • Is continuous and sustained.
  • The Plan indicates that an evaluation of effectiveness will take place so that activities can be developed and/or modified based upon the evaluation.
  • Indicates how classroom instruction and teacher practice will be improved and assessed.
  • Reflects congruence between student and teacher needs and District Strategic Goals and objectives.
