Degrees and Certifications:
Mr. Michael Stanton
I am excited to be teaching here at Clinton High School for my eighth year. I am teaching a range of courses including Statistics, Intermediate Algebra, Precalculus, and Algebra II Common Core Honors.
Mathematics is a subject that I am very passionate about. I have received two degrees in Mathematics and one in Education from the University at Buffalo where I also worked as a graduate assistant. As such, I taught 4 classes a week including Calculus 1, 2, and 3. I have also taught classes at Hutchinson Technical High School, Skaneateles High School, Town of Webb UFSD, and MVCC. Through all of my experiences and education I have learned how to speak the language of Math and how to pass this knowledge to my students.
I encourage my students to come see me for extra help during any of my free periods, lunch, or after school. I have 2nd and 7th period free every day. Welcome to my class!
