Letter from Superintendent Dr Grimm - March 18 2020

March 18, 2020

Dear Families,

March 18, 2020

Good evening this is Clinton School Superintendent Dr. Grimm

I’m writing to provide another update related to our school closure.

Regarding Food:

We are  providing FREE “Grab & Go” breakfast and lunch box combos which started today and will continue every school day from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at two pickup locations:  The High School Cafeteria and the Church of the Annunciation - Country Pantry - Parking Lot - look for the school bus!

Please use this form to order the meals:  Clinton CSD "Grab & Go" Meal Order Form.  This will help us estimate the number of meals we need to prepare.   You only need to fill out the form once and remember that these meals are free to all children ages birth through 18.  We had a lot of people participating so don’t be shy!

Regarding Instructional Continuity and Student Learning:

Each building will be handling specific communication regarding expectations and needs.  I do know that the high school materials will be delivered by school bus tomorrow morning and we’re getting started just after 8 AM.

Please use the Comment Form to help us understand your needs and benefit from your great ideas.

Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to come together to make the best of this difficult situation.

Sincerely,

Dr. Grimm
