3. READING OF THE MISSION STATEMENT
Clinton Central School proudly educates and empowers students to realize their potential and become thoughtful, contributing members of society.
4. PUBLIC TO BE HEARD
The Board encourages public participation on school related matters at Board meetings. To allow for this, a period of not more than 30 minutes shall be set aside at each Board meeting. Speakers shall limit their comments to no more than 5 minutes. The Board will not permit, in public session, discussion involving District personnel or students. All speakers are to conduct themselves in a civil manner. Questions and comments from the public concerning matters which are not on the agenda will be taken under consideration and referred to the Superintendent for appropriate action. If the Board considers a topic extraordinary and requires a discussion taking longer than 30 minutes, the Board will consider designating a separate forum dedicated to that topic.
5. NEW BUSINESS
A. BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education approves the tentative administrative budget of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Sole Supervisory District of Oneida, Herkimer and Madison Counties, in the amount of $2,356,159.23 for 2015-2016. OHM BOCES Budget Information

BE IT RESOLVED that, the Board of Education casts its votes in the annual election of members for a three year term to the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Sole Supervisory District of Oneida, Herkimer and Madison Counties, for the persons indicated on the ballot. A. BE IT RESOLVED that, upon the recommendation of the Superintendents of Schools, the resignation of Kayla McDonough, art teacher, effective August 31, 2015, be accepted with regret.
