Program: MORIC Data

Audience: Teachers, Teacher Leaders, Academic Coaches, Administrators

Dates: 1/12/2017

OWNERSHIP, OWVNERSHIP , OWNERSHIP - How many times have you heard this word!! This is a PD that will help you to get the students to take ownership for their own learning!! Student data folders help students organize processes for learning. Analyzing what is working or not working with students provides timely feedback to the student so that he/she can correct his/ her course of action. The notebook also documents progress that can predict course grades, providing "no surprises" at the end of each school quarter or semester. Participant will leave with examples of how to begin Student Data Folders/ Notebooks with their students.

12. IND: New Features in SMART Notebook 16

Program: Model Schools - District Hosted PD

Audience: 6-12 Teachers, Coaches

Dates: 1/12/2017

This class will be centered around utilizing the new features found in SMART 16. Focus will be on new the interactive features that can be used in front of the whole class as well as features that can be pushed to student devices. The new SMART Response format will be discussed as well. This class will not focus on how to use a SMART Board, so is not recommended if you are not comfortable with the basic functions of the board.
