Please complete all information on the registration form including emergency contact information, and parent and student signature. Completed forms must be dropped off or faxed to the high school guidance office (fax 853-1424) no later than Tuesday, June 29 @12:00pm. 

The attendance policy and code of conduct are strictly adhered to at summer school. Please carefully read and review the policies with your son/daughter.

Bus Transportation will be provided and will arrive at Proctor High School by 8:00am and depart at 12:00pm.  The schedule for bus pick-ups will be as follows:

Franklin Springs American Legion – 7:00am

Clinton High School – 7:15am

Clark Mills Four Corners – 7:30am

Applewood (Corner of Rte 5) - 7:45am
